South Wishaw Parish Church

Loving God - Loving Each Other

We are delighted that some restrictions have been lifted and we are able to open again for services. This means our 10am Sunday morning services have resumed, however, we are limited to between 37-80 people per service, with the balcony now in use. Our online services on Sundays at 11am and Wednesdays at 12pm will continue (see below).

Unfortunately we are not yet able to facilitate funerals in our building but we are hoping to be able to do that in the near future.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EVERYONE IS WELCOME

We are a family Church serving God in the Wishaw area. We are a part of The Church of Scotland; the national Church in Scotland. Regionally, we come under the Presbytery of Hamilton

At South Wishaw we like to think of ourselves as welcoming and friendly but the global pandemic has forced us to close our buildings for the time being. You will still be made most welcome if you join us on Wednesdays (12pm) and Sundays (11am) in our online services. These are live-streamed via our FaceBook page. Click here to be redirected.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------TRY PRAYING

Throughout the pandemic we have been taking part in promoting the Try Praying initiative, which encourages people to spend time with God during a part of their everyday lives. There are free booklets available to help with this next to the banner on our Church railings. Please take two (or more), one for you and the other(s) to pass on.
